On-device NPU inference

A from-scratch engine that runs whole model graphs natively on the laptop NPU, where the prior open-source high-water mark was a single matmul. Body text sits on a 28px baseline; paragraphs are whole multiples of the rhythm unit so the column stays on the grid.

A second paragraph to check inter-paragraph rhythm and the measure: lines should break around 62 characters, the comfortable reading zone for sustained prose.
